Gas Safety Inspection

For landlords, we offer the CP12 Landlord Gas Safety inspection, ensuring all gas appliances meet a minimum safety requirement for rented property. We are happy to carry these out for homeowners’ peace of mind too.

As part of these checks we perform a Flue Gas Analysers Check (FGA’s) to test the health and safety of your boiler.
